Is it necessary to register before ordering?
No, you do not have to register for a purchase. However, by signing up, you can get some of the benefits provided by the online store system to registered users only. For example, you can see a history of orders in one place, and so on.
How do you ship goods and when will I get them?
For shipments, we use the PPL shipping service. Products are usually watered within 3-5 days.
Is there an invoice in the shipment?
The invoice is part of the order completion email. Attached as an attachment in PDF format.
Did not confirm my email order?
It is possible that the confirmation email has fallen into spam (please check spam in your mailbox) or your email is wrong in your order. In that case, please contact us.
Do you sell on installments?
No, unfortunately, these services are not available.
How long does the warranty apply?
The warranty on the goods is adhered to according to the law for 24 months, for goods purchased for business purposes, this warranty is reduced to 12 months according to the law.
